The Hyperdensity Matrix Protocol, available now, lays out a self-coached strength system built on standard gym machines. Book Two, Redline: Beyond the Math, is a hindsight case study that audits the system against the iron. It is available for pre-order and publishes December 25, 2026.

LAKELAND, Fla., November 6th, 2026 - Michael Hallier, a self-coached strength athlete and author from Lakeland, Florida, began from an inactive baseline on June 12, 2024, at roughly 238 lb, training alone on standard commercial gym machines and logging every session. In 635 days he reached a 1,037.5 lb leg press (March 9, 2026). Eight days later, on day 643, he filmed a 1,097.5 lb leg press for 3 reps (March 17, 2026) — a load above the machine’s rated capacity of 1,080 lb. He also documented an 825 lb hack squat for 6 reps.

The system behind the record, the Hyperdensity Matrix Protocol™, is a two-phase method high-volume conditioning, then maximal-effort strength work, in a single hour — built for ordinary commercial gym equipment, with techniques including Seated GHD and Dynamic-Fill bracing. Hallier has logged more than 600 training hours.

The book, The Hyperdensity Matrix Protocol: A Blue-Collar Protocol for Elite Strength in Any Gym, is available in paperback and Kindle (free with Kindle+), published by Hyperdensitymatrix.com LLC. It is also carried by Books-A-Million, Walmart, and Foyles (UK), and a copy is held in the TODD Collection at the University of Texas at Austin Libraries (call number TODD GV546.5.H455 2026), donated by the author. It received a 4-out-of-5-star review from Online Book Club.

Redline: Beyond the Math launches December 25, 2026. Written in hindsight, it is the case study of the full run — every session logged, including the failures — behind the 635-day climb and the filmed record on day 643.
