GC Tactical Solidifies Reputation as Premier Provider of Use of Force Training and Crisis Intervention Programs Across the Security Sector

USA, Canada and Internationally

USA, Canada and Internationally - September 28, 2026 - GC Tactical, a recognized leader in professional training for the security and personal support workforce, today confirmed that its flagship use of force and crisis intervention programs are now required training for the majority of major private security firms and several government agencies operating across multiple jurisdictions.

The announcement comes as the company marks another year of growth driven by rising demand for standardized, employer-approved training in sectors ranging from CCTV monitoring and on-site security to personal support and nursing roles. GC Tactical's programs have earned a reputation for rigor, practical relevance, and alignment with the operational standards employers expect from their front-line personnel.

The company's use of force training curriculum was developed in close consultation with industry stakeholders, including private security operators, institutional employers, and regulatory advisors. The result is a program that addresses real-world scenarios professionals encounter on the job, from de-escalation techniques to proportional response protocols. Each module is structured to meet the specific requirements set by employers who hire for roles in surveillance monitoring, guard services, and personal support.

Crisis intervention training, another cornerstone of the GC Tactical catalog, has seen particular uptake among organizations in the personal support and nursing sectors. These programs equip participants with the skills to manage high-stress situations in environments such as long-term care facilities, hospitals, and community support settings. The curriculum has been reviewed and approved by most major employers in these fields, making it a prerequisite for new hires and a continuing education requirement for existing staff.

GC Tactical has been awarded top contracts for both use of force training and crisis intervention instruction, a distinction that reflects the trust placed in the organization by employers who prioritize safety, professionalism, and accountability. These contracts span multiple agencies and institutions, further cementing the company's role as the go-to training provider in its sector.

The company's reach extends across a broad geographic footprint, serving clients who operate in diverse regulatory environments. This has required GC Tactical to maintain an adaptable approach to curriculum design, ensuring that each program meets or exceeds local standards while delivering a consistent standard of instruction.

Industry observers note that the demand for formalized, employer-mandated training has grown significantly in recent years, driven by heightened public expectations for professionalism in both security and personal support roles. GC Tactical has positioned itself at the center of this trend by maintaining close relationships with hiring organizations and updating its programs to reflect evolving workplace realities.

For professionals seeking to enter the private security industry or the personal support workforce, completion of GC Tactical's approved training programs has become a key credential. Many employers now list GC Tactical certification as a requirement in their job postings, making the company's programs an essential step on the career path for thousands of individuals each year.

The organization continues to invest in curriculum development, instructor training, and partnerships with employers to ensure its programs remain relevant, rigorous, and reflective of the highest standards in the industry.
